17.00 -OFICINA de UTILIZAÇÃO (Moagem primitiva) e RECEITAS de BOLOTAS (sobreiro e carvalho)
20.00 -JANTAR VEGETARIANO E SOLIDÁRIO (de BOLOTAS – sopa, guisado, sobremesa…) – com informação sobre próximas actividades da Terra Viva! e de outros colectivos do Porto.

Esquecida pelo tempo e também pelos alimentos introduzidos nas dietas europeias depois dos “descobrimentos” (milho, batata, tomate,etc.), a bolota já constituiu uma das principais bases da alimentação dos povos da península ibérica, não apenas na idade do bronze mas também nos grandes períodos de fome que assolaram a Europa . Em Portugal, nos anos mais duros da ditadura salazarista, a bolota era consumida como”alimento de recurso” pelas camadas mais pobres, sobretudo em Trás-os-Montes e Alentejo.
Num tempo em que novas “crises” se adivinham, será útil não esquecer este recurso alimentar…
